Ms. Duckworth and Senator Roskam, Sixth Congressional District candidates,
have accepted the DFDN invitation to answer questions regarding disability
issues concerning individuals, families and supporting professionals.

Ms. Duckworth accepted on August 18, 2006.
Senator Roskam accepted on September 20, 2006.

Individuals, families and supporting professionals will pose questions to
the candidates concerning disability issues effecting persons in Illinois.
