This presentation will provide an overview of legal decision-making
options, such as guardianship, powers of attorney, and the Illinois Health
Care Surrogate Act, for adults with diminished capacity.
Lara Duda is a Partner at Peter J. Latz & Associates LLC, a law firm
serving Cook and surrounding counties. Lara’s practice concentrates on
