Attorney Lara Duda will address-

Decision-Making for Your Loved One with a disability: Guardianship and
Other Legal Options

This presentation will provide an overview of legal decision-making
options, such as guardianship, powers of attorney, and the Illinois Health
Care Surrogate Act, for adults with diminished capacity.

Lara Duda is a Partner at Peter J. Latz & Associates LLC, a law firm
serving Cook and surrounding counties. Lara’s practice concentrates on
probate, guardianship, and estate planning matters, including disabled
adults and minors guardianship administration; contested guardianships;
decedent's estate and trust administration, elder and special needs law,
and mental health law.
