We are pleased to present information on two Sperate topics:

   1)             DonKa Inc.
 A non-profit organization who is Dedicated to a mission of improving the quality of life
for people with disabilities through computer training.

   2)  Health Benefits for Workers with Disabilities (HBWD)

To help people with disabilities return to work Illinois offers a program called Health
Benefits for Workers with Disabilities. The goal of this program is to help people with
disabilities return to work with full Medicaid health care benefits.
