The Disability Ministry of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church presents
“Brian Rubin, the Facts about the ABLE Act”

A Special Needs Trust or Able Account… how do we choose when we want to
protect the financial interests of our loved ones with disabilities.
Protecting your child with a disability with a Special Needs Trust is
important.

Now that Congress has approved the ABLE Act, the question for families is
whether to do an ABLE Account or a Special Needs Trust.
It is all very complicated for the lay person.

Brian Rubin is a well respected attorney who has dedicated his legal career
to the financial protection of individuals with disabilities.
He will outline the need for a trust for a person with a disability and
provide information on the pros and cons of the newly approved ABLE Act.
Brian Rubin, is an Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of the
Special Needs Alliance, and is President of the Arc of Illinois.
